What To Expect

Traditional worship.

Warm welcome.

Clear Bible preaching.

When you pull in just follow the signs to park in our guest parking spots near the main entrance under the carport. You will be warmly greeted at the front door and directed by our welcoming team to where you need to be. We have nursery care for children at each service and have age-based Sunday School classes from children all the way to senior adults.
Our services are traditional and we sing old-time hymns of the faith and enjoy uplifting and worshipful music where God is the focus. We use the King James Bible as Pastor delivers relevant and straight forward Bible-based messages that Christians so desperately need. We look forward to seeing you in our services where we can strive for New Heights in Christ!

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a typical worship service like at New Heights?

Uplifting. Sharpening. Strengthening. From the moment you drive on the property, to the first handshake when you walk in, from the exciting, Christ-honoring music to the powerful, life-changing messages, you will feel loved like you’re the only one on planet earth and encouraged to be more like Jesus in every way.

What about my child, my teen, and my college student?

Youth is fun: it is the greatest opportunity to build a life on the right foundation. We invest purposefully into our young people so they can “catch” biblical Christianity and experience its eternal joys themselves.

What Bible do you use?

All preachers and teachers at NHBC use the Authorized King James Version of the Bible. As we seek to stand on the Book that changed the world in the past and brings us together in the present, we believe it is the only Bible in the English language necessary to effectively live our daily Christian lives.

What is your music like?

The music of NHBC uplifts the soul through psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs. You can expect to sing the great hymns of the faith with our congregation and hear singers and instrumentalists offering heartfelt worship to the Lord they love.

What should I wear?

We do not have a dress code, but most of our people wear their “Sunday best.” You are welcome to come wearing what you feel would be fitting to wear to a meeting with your Creator. Around here, transformed hearts are the focus and foundation of mature Christian living.

Am I expected to give an offering?

We do not expect our guests to take part in the offering, but we do encourage everybody to enjoy the blessings of life for those who seek God first in everything, including in their finances. Hearts invested into eternity by faithfully giving to the Lord are happy hearts.

Do you support missionaries?

NHBC financially supports missionaries around the world on a regular basis, maintaining quality business practices as good stewards of God’s money.

How do I join the church?

If you are interested in joining New Heights Baptist Church, we invite you to visit with us and speak to Pastor Foster. No matter your background - if you have come to know Christ as Savior and are ready to take the next step in living for Him, we invite you to join us as we grow in grace.
